Organic Cold-Pressed Coconut Butter

Raw Gaia’s organic coconut butter smells and tastes delicious and has a wonderful, exotic feel when applied to your skin. Because it is cold pressed, it retains all its naturally nourishing properties. It is free from bleaching agents and it has not been deodorised or fractionated.

Coconut butter removes dead skin cells, which helps make the skin smoother and softer. It has a small molecular structure which allows for easy absorption through the skin, penetrating into the deeper layers therefore and strengthening the underlying tissues.

Coconut butter helps reduce skin inflammation and is soothing and healing to wounds and rashes. It also makes a wonderful hair conditioner and has the ability to strengthen the structure of damaged, devitalized hair by lubricating and softening the hair shaft by re-mineralising the hair with magnesium, potassium, calcium, and iron. Massage the butter gently into the scalp and hair and leave for at least an hour before shampooing out.

At normal room temperature, coconut butter is semi solid. If kept it in a very warm place, it will eventually melt into a light oil consistency. However, this does not affect the quality in any way.

Shea butter is a fantastic moisturiser for the body. It makes the skin feel wonderfully smooth and you may well feel the difference after just one application. Shea Butter helps to repair dry skin, chapped lips and rough knees, elbows and hands.

Please note that shea butter is made using a heat process, so it is not cold-pressed or raw like the rest of our main ingredients. Nevertheless, we decided to include it in our skin care range because of its amazing moisturising and nourishing qualities. Our shea butter is sourced through fair trade.

Raw Gaia’s shea butter is blended with organic cold-pressed apricot kernel oil only, in order to keep it as pure, simple and nourishing as possible.

To use, just rub into the skin. Shea butter melts and is absorbed very quickly.

Ingredients: Wild-crafted Shea Butter includes

  • Wild-crafted, organically grown & fairly traded shea butter
  • Organic, cold-pressed apricot kernel oil: An emollient which is non-greasy and acts as a skin conditioning agent, alongside being particularly effective for tired, mature and sensitive skin.

For best results: apply onto the body, as desired.

Floral Face Toner

Raw Gaia's face toner is an uplifting and refreshing hydrosol spray, made with high-grade floral waters and essential oils. Its unique blend of ingredients helps to tonify, balance and revitalise all types of skin.

Floral waters are the by-product of the steam distillation of essential oils. Because of their gentle therapeutic effects, floral waters are considered the homeopathic version of aromatherapy.

Ingredients: Floral face toner is made with 100% organic:

  • Rose Otto floral water: a humectant skin tonic, that helps to add and retain moisture. It has very mild antiseptic and astringent qualities. It stimulates blood flow in the minute vessels under the skin. It is also of benefit for scars, minor infections, sunburn and ageing skin.
  • Neroli floral water: A wonderful treatment for delicate, sensitive skin as well as for oily skin, due to its astringent properties. It has natural calming qualities too.
  • Palmarosa essential oil: Useful in the treatment of weeping eczema, wrinkles as well as for nervous exhaustion and stress-related symptoms.
  • Rose geranium essential oil: Good for all skin types thanks to its balancing effect. It helps to maintain the skin supple and to enliven the skin complexion.
  • Chamomile essential oil: Thanks to its anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, this is one of the best essential oils for eczema, sunburns, dry or irritated skin.
  • Lavender essential oil: it is good for all skin types since it promotes skin cell growth. It has a light, woody aroma.


Raw Gaia's floral face toner is suitable for all skin types.

For best results: Spray over face and neck after cleansing. It is also good to spray after moisturising, as the toner helps the oils to be absorbed into the skin faster.

Please note: During pregnancy, it is extremely important to be cautious about what you eat and put on your body. It is best to err on the side of caution and we therefore recommend avoiding all products containing essential oils during the first three months.

Raw Gaia’s Revitalising Eye Oil is great for nourishing, conditioning and repairing the delicate skin around the eyes, thanks to its high content of vitamins, EFAs, carotenes and antioxidants.

The skin around the eyes does not naturally produce its own oil, making it prone to dryness.

Revitalising Eye Oil helps to nourish this area because it is made with organic cold-pressed oils of sea buckthorn fruit, jojoba, rosehip and grapeseed, all of which have outstanding moisturising and restorative properties.

Revitalising Eye Oil is so good that you may find yourself applying it to the rest of your face! (which is fine, of course!)

  • Sea buckthorn fruit: has amazing skin repairing and regenerative properties.
