Click for Detail | Tetsubin-Mori Tetsubin-Mori is a cast iron teapot with
enameled interior and removable metal infuser basket. Tetsubin, or cast
iron teapots, evolved from the common household water kettles of 17th
and 18th century Japan. These simplistic, natural designs were later
adopted into Japan’s Chanoyu tea ceremony and played an important role
in the seasonal tea cuisine known as Kaiseki. With the proper care and
cleaning, the Tetsubin-Mori will last for years without retaining
residual flavors.
